We have identified and resolved all the server collapses. All outages have been resolved, and running to full capacity. DocuPeer is completely operational.

STATUS UPDATE Hi everyone, unfortunately, over the past hour, we confirmed that DocuPeer has experienced a full outage affecting all three of our servers. We currently suspect that the root cause is the significant increase in site traffic we have received. Over the past six hours, DocuPeer’s traffic increased by approximately 40% above our previous all-time peak, placing substantially increased computing and storage demands on our infrastructure. Approximately three hours ago, Servers 2 and 3 collapsed, causing traffic to be redirected to Server 1. This placed significant additional load on Server 1, which subsequently collapsed approximately one hour ago. As a result, all three servers collapsed, resulting in a complete DocuPeer outage. Our team is actively working to restore service and address the underlying infrastructure issues. Based on our current assessment, we estimate that DocuPeer may remain unavailable for approximately another 3.5 hours. This is an estimate and may change as our investigation and recovery efforts continue. We sincerely apologize for the disruption. Server 1 has collapsed as well. All servers are down. Issue still under investigation but we suspect the increased amount of site traffic over the past few hours is the root issue. We will continue notifying as updates roll in. We will send a Status Update (layman's terms) shortly.

Server 2 and 3 outage. We will notify as updates come.

Server 3 slight amounts of lag. Updates will be released as we get them.

Server 1 outage has been resolved.

Server 1 outage. Issue identified and we are working on a fix currently. Updates will be released as we get them.
